This privacy policy governs your use of the software application GFX Tool: Game Booster 90FPS ("Application") for mobile devices, created by SkillBrighter Infotech.

The Application is a utility tool designed to help users configure graphic settings, optimize memory (RAM), manage Do Not Disturb (DND) gaming mode, customize sound frequencies, and use floating aim-assist overlays (Crosshairs and Performance HUD) for device optimization.

The Application does not collect or store any personally identifiable information (such as name, email address, physical address, phone number, or precise location). You can use all features of the Application anonymously.

B. Non-Personal Data & Device Telemetry

The Application may collect non-personal device diagnostics in real-time to display the Performance HUD (such as current CPU load, device temperature, live frame rate, and network ping). This data is processed locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.

To support monetization and app analytics, the Application utilizes trusted third-party SDKs. These third parties may automatically receive certain information, including but not limited to:

  • The type of mobile device you use.
  • Your mobile device's unique device ID (Android Advertising ID).

  • Technical performance details and crash logs.

To deliver advanced gaming utilities, the Application requests the following system permissions:

  • Read & Write External Storage (Android 10 and below): Required to read and write graphic configuration preset files directly to the public Downloads/Documents folders to apply graphics settings.
  • System Alert Window (Draw Over Other Apps): Required to display the floating Aim-Assist Crosshair and the Performance HUD overlay while you are inside game launchers.
  • Notification Policy Access (Do Not Disturb): Required to toggle the system's "Do Not Disturb" mode automatically when the gaming boost mode is active, preventing incoming notifications from causing frame drops.
  • Foreground Service Permission (Special Use): Required to keep the float HUD overlay and Aim-Assist crosshair active in the background while playing games.

All permissions are optional, and you can grant or revoke them at any time via your device's system settings.

4. Children's Privacy

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.

5. Security

We value your trust. Since we do not collect personal data, there is no risk of leakage of your personal database. Non-personal logs processed locally are kept secure within standard sandbox guidelines of the Android operating system.
